The Great MindComet Chili Championship of the Universe!

Here at MindComet, we are very proud of our traditions and today we get to celebrate two in one Friday afternoon.

The first is "SupaFri" - our monthly get-together to celebrate everything we've accomplished over the past month in addition to recognizing our top performers.

The next, is the Great MindComet Chili Championship of the Universe! In this heated competition to deliver the most delicious of stewed meats, peppers and beans, the winning chef will get to enjoy 365 days of unbridled bragging rights along with their mugshot in the break room.

Early this morning, vats of chili goodness started to brew in the back room. Here, John shows off his patented "lid lifting" technique:

It’s 2011, Check Out How Far CGI Has Evolved

Although a little creepy, check out the latest in CGI in this example video from Image Metrics.

Believe it or not, the actress is CGI until the 1:30 min mark. This only goes to show you have far the technology has come and it opens the door to not only new possibilities in video games but it also creates opportunities in TV and movies.

What do you think?

To learn more about this, check out the original article in The Times.
